My goal is to get 25 referrals for my cashcrate site. So far I have 8. The best thing about referrals is that you will still earn money even if you don't do any offers that month. It will add up quickly.

You will earn 20% of the 1st level of referrals

and 10% of the next level of referrals.

Once you get 50 referrals you will earn 25% of your referral earnings. This doesn't decrease their pay just gives you a bonus. Once people see how much money you can make with Cashcrate they too will want to join.

With cashcrate you will earn $3 each time one of your referrals earn $10. So that is a nice bonus that you will earn.
